Made an appointment two weeks in advance with Nick (Assistant Service Manager). In addition, I booked a loaner while my car was being serviced. I had the early 8:00 AM appt. Upon my arrival, Nick was (Assistant Service Manager). In addition, I booked a loaner while my car was being serviced. I had the early 8:00 AM appt. Upon my arrival, Nick was very rude to me and treated me like a second class citizen. When he refused to give me a loaner, I asked to speak to the Manager. He refused to come out to speak to me. This was the first time I used Park Place Volvo since I always take my Volvo to Crest Volvo. Furthermore, I witnessed the service Department only gave the loaners to the "White Country Club men" or as the other advisors stated "the important customers with high end Volvos" even though their appointments were not booked as early as mine. Park Place Volvo is a disgrace to the Volvo establishment. More

Great car shopping/buying experience with Park Place Volvo, and Anthony Cervantes in particular. We spent a day test driving the cars we had researched, and the Volvo itself made the decision easy.
