I stopped in on a very busy day at the dealership and when I left with intentions to return another day, Aaron followed up with me regularly but not too frequently. When I eventually returned, he accurately read my verbal and non-verbal queues, answered my questions or chased down answers to my questions, and honestly advised me on additional coverage without pushing anything I didn't want or need. I had several follow up questions after I bought my car and he has treated me with just as much urgency and priority after the sale as he did before the sale. After purchasing my Volvo, I received a personalized handwritten note in the mail which recalled details that were said in passing about me and my fiance upcoming plans. I felt like that was a nice touch and made me feel like Aaron really listened and cared. After purchasing my Volvo XC40 Inscription back in May, Aaron is still prompt in responding if I have any questions. EXCEPTIONAL customer service!! We appreciated Aaron's non-aggressive style and it was a pleasure working with him. I couldn’t be happier with my new Volvo and the buying experience. I scoured multiple reviews for all the luxury dealerships in the metro trying to find a place that I felt would be the most honest and fair and make the experience as pleasant as possible. Finally I came across this website and after reading several positive reviews about Park Place Volvo / Marietta Picca - I decided to give it a go. I called ahead and spoke with Marietta and made an appointment to test drive a car they had online. She was great to work with and overall it was a good experience and I bought the car on the spot. Everyone that I've encountered there has been pleasant and friendly. A huge shout out to the Service guys that I've dealt with during the 2 quick service visits (to put plates on and to reset a tire pressure light) that I've made - they were especially great! More
