I stopped in on a very busy day at the dealership and when I left with intentions to return another day, Aaron followed up with me regularly but not too frequently. When I eventually returned, he accurately read my verbal and non-verbal queues, answered my questions or chased down answers to my questions, and honestly advised me on additional coverage without pushing anything I didn't want or need. I had several follow up questions after I bought my car and he has treated me with just as much urgency and priority after the sale as he did before the sale.
