The best car buying experience I’ve ever had! I did my research on Cars.com to narrow my decision down between the Volvo XC60 and Audi Q5. Not only painless and informative, Aaron made it fun with continuous laughter and conversation. I didn’t have time for a test drive during my first visit, so I scheduled a test drive on another day. In between my visits at Park Place Volvo, I visited an Audi dealership and took the Q5 and the Q7 for a test drive. I was underwhelmed by the service and customer experience after meeting Aaron a few days before. I knew I was buying a Volvo even before the test drive because of Aaron and when I returned for the test drive, he didn’t disappoint. Every step from there was fluid and I even upgraded to the XC90. Aaron stayed in touched while I waited for the car I wanted to arrive from across the country and my car was ready for pick up in no time. It’s great to see the professionalism and enthusiasm that Aaron brings to every interaction. More
