Not only painless and informative, Aaron made it fun with continuous laughter and conversation. I didn’t have time for a test drive during my first visit, so I scheduled a test drive on another day. In between my visits at Park Place Volvo, I visited an Audi dealership and took the Q5 and the Q7 for a test drive. I was underwhelmed by the service and customer experience after meeting Aaron a few days before. I knew I was buying a Volvo even before the test drive because of Aaron and when I returned for the test drive, he didn’t disappoint. Every step from there was fluid and I even upgraded to the XC90. Aaron stayed in touched while I waited for the car I wanted to arrive from across the country and my car was ready for pick up in no time.
