As an out of state Buyer, Connor made sure that everything was in perfect condition when I arrived. He even helped with the delivery of my vehicle as it was loaded onto the carrier’s truck a few days later. He even observed the loading of the vehicle to include sending me pics! 1st Class Service I am writing this bc I felt compelled to make sure Aaron got the credit he deserves. While overdue a car for the past 12 months, i initially settled I am writing this bc I felt compelled to make sure Aaron got the credit he deserves. While overdue a car for the past 12 months, i initially settled online for the Care by Volvo deal for an Xc-40. From the nice communications there, i then, about a couple weeks prior to my car being delivered, went to show my father. It would have been the 1st Volvo in our family, we have primarily done Lexuses in the past, so i wanted to try something new and Volvo had amazing reviews. Aaron was who we met and from that point onwards, was incredibly professional. Unfortunately, Covid-19 caused a massive mess as the halt happened the day before I was going to pick up. With my own company's uncertainty as I own restaurants, I explained I needed to hold off a minute while we gauge the situation. The entire time, Aaron was communicative and understanding, never one too pushy or non-transparent. After having to cancel the deal, he understood. As the market for cars started producing added value, I immediately kept volvo in mind bc of the professionalism I experienced. this is what sales, esp for luxury cars, should be like. Kind, compassionate, communicative and understanding and eager to please. Thats 1st class service. I see a bright future for Aaron and everyone I interacted with at Volvo was great. While we eventually went a different route, Aaron worked diligently on all the questions and options possible to make things work, and even after I had signed a deal elsewhere, i still wanted to let him know he was the best salesperson of all the many brands we visited. Im NOT a car person...I HATE the idea of pushy shady sales guys and Aaron was a bright exception. I wish him all the success in the world and I truly hope more and more of the industry and the sales experience moves in this direction, bc a customer needs to know the sales person has their best interests at heart -- Aaron proved that.
