Experience The experience was good from negotiation to arranging a visit and test drive to settling the paper work. After spending approximately 3 months researching my Mercedes-Benz options in the North Texas area and having dealt with many different salespeople, my interaction with Piers Morfey ultimately led me to Mercedes-Benz options in the North Texas area and having dealt with many different salespeople, my interaction with Piers Morfey ultimately led me to the purchase of a CPO 2012 E350 Luxo. The experience was great and Piers did a wonderful job. I appreciate the fact he was very diligent with his efforts to serve me! The customer service, knowledge of inventory/features, and respect given to me by Piers was top notch and obviously earned my business. Other staff members of Park Place Motors (Fort Worth) whom I had a chance to interact with throughout the process were very polite and knowledgeable as well. Particularly Andrei Martine, whom I had the pleasure of discussing financing options/details with. These two gentlemen worked extra hours that day to make sure I received the highest quality service, the service one would expect when purchasing a Mercedes-Benz. Besides the customer service they had a competitively priced inventory as well, at least since I have been looking this year - but don't take my word for it, check it out and see for yourself.
