Tom was genuinely friendly and personable, and the actual car buying experience was painless. I especially appreciated that we only had one person to deal with vs, other dealerships where they shuttle you from person to person and no one really knows what the last one said/promised, etc. If you are in the market for a Mercedes, you should give these guys your business...they're doing it right!
