Drove from League City to Ft. Worth to pick up my new baby! Jonathon Barnett was excellent from the very beginning. He gave me an excellent trade sight unseen on my Cadillac Escalade. He had the childrens headrest monitors installed prior to my arrival, he filled up my tank for my trip back to League City, The manager came out and introduced himself to us and thanked us for driving out to Ft. Worth to pick up the SUV. The entire experience was fast and easy! Paperwork process was a breeze and they really didn't try to upsale or scam me into buying all that unnecessary misc. stuff, like a extra- extra warranty, blah blah stuff you forget you even bought stuff.... So that was nice. We will def recommend Jonathon and the entire staff at Mercedes Benz of Ft. Worth. Love my new Benz! More
