The people make the difference. When I go out looking for a new car. I like to dress down to find out who wants to make a sale or not. I have been to other dealers who would not give me the time of day. Just by my appearance. (I look like a hobo. lol) Then they shocked when they run my credit report. THIS HAPPENS AT ALL DEALERSHIPS high end to low end. When we pulled in to Park Place. I wanted to look at their new Smart Cars just to compare what I heard about the car to be true or not. It's a nice little car. Good for those who commute a long way to work and back. Options depends on your preference. When I walked in the door I was very impressed, and a lot under dressed. :-) The only thing missing was someone shining shoes in the corner, a waiter serving espresso. I walked around a moment or two looking a the car of choice. When we met Manager of the Smart Car area. He told us he was too busy to help us today could we come back in a few days. I still wanted to keep looking, and purchase one. That is where Kevin Whitaker stepped up (Sprinter Salesman) and said he would help me. He is a real good man with a kind heart. He took care of my questions, and concerns. He is one of the best a great asset to the Dealership. My purchase was completed that day. Instead of a few day later. I had my car for almost one month.Everything is going great. Still getting follow up calls. That's nice to see these days. I know I picked the right Dealership, and have the Best Salesman ever. I will buy from here again. Thanks for all your hard work. More

I can't say enough about him. I don't feel as if he sold us a new car, I feel like we have gained a friend. We have never had such a great experience. He didn't act like the normal salesman. He wasn't pushy, only told us the facts. I will recommend everyone to the dealership. My husband spoke with Michael prior to him taking me there and he came home and stated, "He will definitely be who I go to when I purchase your Mercedes." Something funny is.....the day we went to visit the dealership prior to purchase, my husband and I went to bed talking about him and how genuine he was. I could really say so much more, so I better stop. Please, Please, Please, look no further, this dealership is the best. They were all very friendly, Michael was the one who helped us. If he is not available, just go to anyone. They not only sell you the car but they take care of you afterwards as well. More

Incredible Group of People Park Place was about the 10th dealership my partner and I went to. We had a vehicle that we were upside down in and everyone kept telling us there wa Park Place was about the 10th dealership my partner and I went to. We had a vehicle that we were upside down in and everyone kept telling us there was no way we could get out of it without putting 10-15k down. These guys at Park Place were fabulous they worked all week on this deal and made it happen, and it was a great deal. I was able to deal with our salesman via email which worked out great considering my hectic schedule. When it was time to sign the paperwork they had everything ready to go and we were in and out in about 1 hour. We will never buy from anywhere else again. More

Being the owner of 4 cars previously I've dealt with several other dealerships and know the hassle that comes with dealing with salesmen trying to make a commission. Not here. The customer service was amazing and Mr. Piers Morfey was amazing in providing me all the information I needed before deciding on my purchase. Being my first luxury car purchase i was a little bit skeptical but that doubt was completely wiped out by the service. I started my car search there with a test drive, then spent the next week at a half at a number of other dealerships but most certainly returned over there to finally purchase my vehicle because no other experience was even close. They have definitely gotten themselves 1 more customer for life. Thank you. More

Incredibly easy transaction I recently purchased a 2014 Mercedes at Park Place from Jason Camacho. We live 130 miles away and Jason had everything done over the phone . When we got there he and Joe Sabin made the experience very enjoyable and fast. The entire process took about 1 hour . Both were so friendly and explained everything efficiently. I will definitely drive the distance to buy from Park Place again. And I absolutely love my new Mercedes!! More
