I completed the transaction 100% online, after finding the exact Escalade I wanted through a nationwide search. Not only did Mike give me a great deal on the car, but he included the cost of transporting from Fort Worth to Southern California. The process was very simple - he overnighted the documents to me to sign, and within 24 hours the deal was done. I had my friend in Fort Worth stop by to do a test drive on my behalf, which they gladly accomodated. I wanted to use USAA for financing, and Park Place worked with them directly so I didn't have to worry about getting involved. I was very pleasantly surprised when the car arrived with absolutely no scratches, dents, or dings, and extremely clean... for a used car with 2 owners, I am really impressed with how I received!! I owe a very big thank you Mike and everyone at Park Place for such a positive experience. While they are many states away, I will likely work with them again in the future and refer all my friends in DFW. More
