Park Place Mercedes We have owned a 2017 Mercedes 350 The first car was totaled at 8000 miles, as the DPS officer said good thing you bought a german vehicle. Bought the We have owned a 2017 Mercedes 350 The first car was totaled at 8000 miles, as the DPS officer said good thing you bought a german vehicle. Bought the second one a 2018 350,has been in the shop attempting to correct electrical problems 3 times with 4039 miles. Could not get any help from Mercedes Walter Reed Sales manager says they can give us 47000.00 for a 57000.00 car with 4039 miles on it that would not start while sitting in garage, Took it in supposedly checked everything, but now the turn signals now just come on intermittently. Not a Park Place PROBLEM. It is a Mercedes Benz problem. SERVICE AT ITS BEST. Manny was very helpful, but it is out of his hands. My question? Are you about repeat business or just a sale. Obviously with the offer on a car that has electrical problems, they didn't want it back. WOW. This Benz dealer needs to take some lessons from Georgetown Mercedes where my family buys theirs. More
