Still unsure i got the best price Came in to turn my lease in. Sales person was great. But once my added warranty package was added to the price?!? My payment was way higher than Came in to turn my lease in. Sales person was great. But once my added warranty package was added to the price?!? My payment was way higher than i wanted! Worst service ever I had someone break into my car today and busted out the front window of my Mercedes. I took it to Park Place Mercedes, (where I purchased the car an I had someone break into my car today and busted out the front window of my Mercedes. I took it to Park Place Mercedes, (where I purchased the car and take it for routine maintenance) and they refused to help me because I didn’t have an appointment & the service guy doesn’t like to deal with stuff like this because “You say you’ll pay cash now, but you probably don’t have $3,000 to fix the window since it’s always more than just a broken window and usually requires the full door to be painted & it gets expensive. I doubt you will pay that when the bill comes, you’ll probably just try to claim insurance & I’m not dealing with that.” This was humiliating. I didn’t even get as far as offering to pay upfront, which would have been NO PROBLEM. I had to leave in the pouring rain, pregnant, with a busted out window because they were too busy & apparently I didn’t look like I can afford my car. Worst service EVER! More
