We contacted Park Place Ft Worth in search of a new 2012 SLK 350. After learning how long it would take to get a new vehicle, the salespeople suggested we look at a couple of slightly used SLK 350's. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally. We live almost one hour away from the dealership, and the car was delivered to our doorstep. The guys set up our garage door opener and gate opener, which was very much appreciated, as well as train us on the vehicle's operations. We are very happy with our car and our relationship with this dealership and especially Walter Reed. James was excellent to work with start to finish. We arrived late one night after the dealership had closed. James came out, introduced himself and answered all the questions we had. This was my second Mercedes purchased from Park Place Mercedes, and I had a good idea about what I wanted as far as what options, engine and body style I was interested in. Jonathan helped me through all the very fine details, there were so many, of getting the exact car I wanted. He was nothing but patient and completely knowledgeable about the vehicle I chose, which turned out to be much different from the CLK 350 I was trading in. Herb made me feel absolutely confident that I was getting the best financial deal for the car I chose, and I and never had an uneasy or tense moment during that negotiation. He was also thorough in explaining my payment options with other models I was intereted in without getting impatient with me. J was helpful in demonstrating window tint options that allowed me to actually feel the difference in how different brands blocked the heat. Living in Texas, this really meant allot to me, and I went with the top option. I was grateful for the demonstration because I would have gone with the cheapest option otherwise. A week into my purchase, and I am already a believer! Cory handled our finance, which was friendly and fast. I did get the tire and wheel protection. The one I got covers cosmetic, yes! I wish I could post a picture because I love my new car! It has some interesting features that my old car did not, like a different navigation system, and a glove box that also serves as a refrigeration unit and the best blue tooth system I have ever heard. This car is AMAZING! It's a red C 300 with the sport body. :) More
