I had a great experience here. I came in on a Friday night to stop by and look at a car that I had seen online. I began working with Mike Tarvin who was very laid back and wasn't the pushy car salesman night to stop by and look at a car that I had seen online. Since it was late on a Friday night, I told him I was in a hurry and we set an appointment for the following day and once again, it was a great experience. The rest of the staff seemed very nice and the waiting area is top of the line compared to other dealerships that I have been to. The final price that we settled on was great and I will definitely be purchasing my next car from here. More

I called Jason on the phone Told him my circumstances about going thru a Divorce and I couldn't afford the payment any longer on my C-350 I neede a car payment I could pay on just my salary. So we went up to Park Place and he had a red C-250 Parked there for me to test drive and see how I liked it and I did then he got with the manager worked outhe #'s while we took it to eat and we got back and I changed my mind on the color I wanted white. Thank goodness they had one. So jason said they got the numbers to what I wanted So they cleaned the white one up afeter they just washed my old red one up and we wer on our way with in 3 hours. I have never been in and out of a car dealership that fast in my entire life. they were all so great about helping me get my payment to what I needed and I still got a good deal on a new car. and they worked reaaly hard for me. Jason and Mr. Haas the finacial Mgr. and even the guys that washed both cars. we got home in time to watch the football game. I have been so pleased every time I go to Park Place they are always so helpful and I would refer all my friends to buy their vehicles there. or anyone for that matter. thank you all very much . I have had BMW's in the past (3) a Volvo, a Toyota Land Cruiser, and many other cars all bought within t best car buying experience I have ever had. Had an issue with a 2010 Mercedes that the service department could not seem to solve to my satisfaction. Once I reached the service manager, Charles Cox all the problems were fixed and I am now in a department could not seem to solve to my satisfaction.
