I purchassed a pre-owned 2010 C300 Summer of 2011. Since my purchase I had a few issues with my car. One of those issues involved a mechanical failure of the engine and my car barely had 25,000 miles on it my purchase I had a few issues with my car. I was not feeling that I could get in my car and drive anywhere at night with confidence. As a single woman, safety is everything. So, I was upset that my "new car" was not what I needed in a new car. I am happy to report that after talking with my Sales Rep Walter Reed, dealing with the Manager Steve, the Service Manager and the GM (indirectly) THEY WORKED EVERYTHING OUT!! Walter listened to what I needed and he did everything that he could to make sure that I left as a happy customer. Walter got everyone involved to assist in a smooth transition.
