I have always dealt with Ford outside of a Vette and old Jag. My wife and I decided to look at the Mercedes line. (just to look) Upon arriving at Park Place, I managed to look over the cars I was interet Jag. My wife and I decided to look at the Mercedes line. (just to look) Upon arriving at Park Place, I managed to look over the cars I was intereted in, that being the SLK 350 and E 350. The sales person being Ken Taylor watch for a while, and finally came over and so very politely asked if he could be of service. My wife asked a couple questions and then asked Ken to go inside. This surprised me. Ken explained the pros and cons between the models after some questions, and sujested that our best option would be the E350, which my wife was leaning towards. The friendlyness of the entire sales group, starting with Ken Taylor, the sales mgr. and finance minister was excellent and sole the auto. If they treat their customers, the way we were treated, I recomend the Dealership to all my friends, neighbors and enemies. I purchassed a pre-owned 2010 C300 Summer of 2011. Since my purchase I had a few issues with my car. One of those issues involved a mechanical failure of the engine and my car barely had 25,000 miles on it my purchase I had a few issues with my car. I was not feeling that I could get in my car and drive anywhere at night with confidence. As a single woman, safety is everything. So, I was upset that my "new car" was not what I needed in a new car. I am happy to report that after talking with my Sales Rep Walter Reed, dealing with the Manager Steve, the Service Manager and the GM (indirectly) THEY WORKED EVERYTHING OUT!! Walter listened to what I needed and he did everything that he could to make sure that I left as a happy customer. Walter got everyone involved to assist in a smooth transition. I will return to Park Place Fort Worth again and Walter Reed will be my sales rep again!!! The sun is shining again. More
