I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE YOU to go to this dealership to fix your Mercedes. My car was towed there to fix my fuel pump. They got the new fuel pumped shipped and they told me it would part cost $445. It wasn’t t your Mercedes. My car was towed there to fix my fuel pump. They got the new fuel pumped shipped and they told me it would part cost $445. It wasn’t till I called the Plano area Mercedes dealership that I found out that the true price was $345 and that they added on $100 unnecessarily. I had to force them to call other Mercedes dealerships till they agreed that the price should be $345. That took me an hour to argue. THEN I LEAVE THE DEALERSHIP and not even 2 miles away from the dealership my car alerts me to stop driving because the car was in danger. Apparently there was now a problem with my suspension. This was a problem I 100% did not have when the car arrived at the dealership. When I came back with the car, They took 0% of the responsibility. The suspension bag was broken and was leaking. They told me they knew of the problem, and said “SORRY I FORGOT TO TELL YOU”. EXCUSE ME!? They then tell me maybe the tow truck driver damaged my car, or that maybe I damaged it earlier. They were making excuses because they didn’t want to take responsibility and thought I would drive far enough that they could put the blame on me. I have yet to be reimbursed for this problem that they tell me “I committed”. And Quote Me $ 1834(SUSPENSION REPAIR COST)AND Plano Dealer Don $ 785. SHAME ON YOU MERCEDES DEALERSHIP.
