I knew what I wanted from my initial visit to another Mercedes dealership that I wasn't very pleased with that. I never had any issues with Kody. It was like he wanted me (the customer) to be happy and did everything in his power to make that happen. I didn't even have to go to the dealership until I was picking up my AMG GLE43 coupe. He made it so that I could do everything over the internet and then he mailed the documentation to me for me to look over and bring in when I was ready to pick up my vehicle. Great asset to your dealership and an outstanding person overall. I felt like he genuinely cared about what I wanted and was there for me. When I picked up my vehicle he sat in it with me and went through all of the gadgets until I was comfortable! Outstanding!! More

My vision proved wrong, way wrong in fact, I was taken care of by Kody Fellowell. We drove a vehicle similar to what I wanted then sat done and discussed the exact vehicle I wanted. That vehicle was in Florida, Kody negotiated for it and had it shipped to Dallas in a couple days. He kept me informed daily on progresss and location of the vehicle. On it's arrival in Dallas it was detailed, paper work readied, all I had to do was go to the dealership, sign the paper work and drive away. This was a far cry from the nightmare I thought it was going to be, Kody, you did a great job, thank you. More
