Park Place handled THEIR accounting error in a very unprofessional manner by calling me and threatening me with cancellation of services I "paid for" Park Place handled THEIR accounting error in a very unprofessional manner by calling me and threatening me with cancellation of services I "paid for" when I drove the car off the lot. See below for the "apologetic" email I received from the sales manager for their mistake. This is the second 100K+ car I have bought from them and received the service seen below. BAD SERVICE, BAD SALES and BAD LEADERSHIP. I was on vacation and told them I wold handle it on Saturda (in 2 days). They then proceeded to harass me with texts and phone calls. As promised, I paid on Saturday when I returned. This is the email from Ted Petrocco, Sales Manager (great guy.....insert sarcasm here) ~ Email: At the time your transaction was finalized the check request that was generated was created in error showing only a single disbursement and not as you requested. The total of $24,601 was then released and sent to you once we received the title from Bank of America on May 17th . At this time we will still need to receive the funds for the 2 products that were purchased for a total of $4,420.00 by today to complete the purchase of these 2 products and avoid any interruption in the coverage. This was an error and not done intentionally and we do apologize for this. I was personally not involved in your transaction but was asked to help in getting your transaction finalized. Please accept this apology from Park Place for causing this error and causing any inconvenience to you regarding this matter.
