LIES ,LIES,LIES, now 4 days short of a mounth you post a response saying that Mgt. Tried to contact me ,Who,When,? I Never talked to mgt on that day and i was standing in the middle of the service floor asking to speak to someone in mgt .Non of my phone ,or voice mail records indicate that ever took place ...but it is well documented in the towing service logg,how long they waited and why .Never did any person from park place attempt to make this better or safer .The only goal they had after me getting upset about having to waite 2 hr for something that should have taken 10min max ,And costing me 125.00 for tow service ,189.00 for an incorrect diagnostic was getting me the xxxx out of there at any cost without considering my safe .put me in my car with the blessing of its ok to drive and 3 mile later Im going 60 mph and light come on and no breaks ,and having to call another tow truck and loose more money due to the incompetence of my service advisor, to you i may just be another unsatisfied customer, But Im the life support of my family and business, and all could have been lost that day on the toll road if i didnt make the right maneuvers to get my powerless ,breakless ,car off that busy toll road ...so excuss me if i say that responce is bull@$&%.I will make sure i still share this experience with my friends and family who are also Parkplace customers. And make sure that i encourage all of them who have had bad experiences to post them and share them especially my colleagues with the dallas cowboys ..
