Outstanding service! Oscar was amazing! The person who has previously helped me no longer works there, so Oscar has been briefly following up during the past year-my lease Oscar was amazing! The person who has previously helped me no longer works there, so Oscar has been briefly following up during the past year-my lease was about to expire. I did't give it too much attention since I wasn't quite ready to make a decision. Last week, however I stopped by for a carwash with my friend who also drives a Mercedes and she insisted I should meet the person who helped her with her purchase. I said "why not? let me see my options" Long story short, turns out she was talking about the same person who has been calling me-Oscar. I told him the car I wanted and the price I was willing to pay and we decided to keep in touch. Same evening I got an email from him, and not sure how he did it, but he found my dream car-down to every requirement (color, upgrades, price) SO I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO GO IN NEXT DAY :)! The whole process took about 2hrs and it was painless. He answered all my questions and took his time with showing me how to use all the features my brand new Mercedes has. While I was there I posted a little video on my Instagram story and another one of my friends texted me saying I should talk to his sales guy before I make a decision. Turns out, he was also talking about MR Melgar as well.
