The entire process was simple and straight forward. I did not have to go to the "back room financial folks" that so irritate me at most sales locations. Oscar handles the entire process, did all the walking and Eric also coordinated so all I had to do was get my questions answered and make my decision. The trade in was what I expected, everything was in order and I made my decision easily and don't have any after thoughts of "did I really get a good deal?" Best car buying experience of my 70 years.
