Of course, I cannot proceed without giving credit to the one individual who has gone above and beyond; continuously superseding my expectations, over the span of TEN YEARS, Mr. Erik Bohdan! I cannot use descriptive words such as "Exceptional, and World Class Customer Service" without also including Erik Bohdan in the same sentence. Throughout my years of new vehicle purchases, Erik has remained consistent, extremely knowledgeable in Mercedes-Benz products and services, all while maintaining a very professional, and ebullient disposition. I have traveled all over the World, but never have I encountered an individual with Erik's intimate understanding, and incredible attention to detail. I can recall the amount of patience shown while going over the details of my new vehicle, ensuring my departure is without nebulousness. During many of our interactions, Erik is lightening fast when it comes to responding via email or by phone. He has even gone as far as grabbing a microfiber cloth to ensure the interior of my vehicle is SPOTLESS before send off! Clearly, all angels do not come with wings, some have Park Place Mercedes Benz badges. Not only am I blessed to have dealt with the same associate for over 10 years, but it is also a grandiose testament to the tenacious employee that Erik is. Our place of choice to buy a car for 20 years !!! We recently replaced our 1999 Mercedes E300 TurboDiesel with a 2018 Mercedes E300. It was in December 1998 when, after much shopping around, we select We recently replaced our 1999 Mercedes E300 TurboDiesel with a 2018 Mercedes E300. It was in December 1998 when, after much shopping around, we selected Sue Hagle (Park Place Motorcars) as the best person to sell us the E300TD. Over those 19 years, the E300TD was a great car to own and to drive, with our maintenance service supervised by Cathy Masterson at Park Place. In November 2017, just last month, we were ready for a new car and we went to Sue once again to get a good-looking 2018 Cardinal-Red E300. We knew it would not be a Diesel anymore, since those are not available this year but, overall, we are happy with the fuel economy, torque and power of this new E300. Just as she had done in 1998, Sue drove our old car to have my hand-controls removed from it and to have them installed in the new car. Obviously, you cannot get a more personalized service than this !!! More

Living in MN, Nelson took the time to FaceTime me the car, answer my questions via phone and email and work on the paperwork remotely. Within a day or two of playing let’s make a deal, my son and I flew into DFW and met Nelson at the dealer. After a quick test drive and getting the title work ready, we were on the road back to MN. I am not sure how the process could have been improved- it was good. The car was clean, as described and made the trip home no problem. While we were waiting Nelson setup my phone and gave me a quick run through on the auto-cruise control. A+ Thanks Scott More
