My wife and I have purchased a number of new vehicles in the past, and none have been as pleasant as this transaction. Brad has always been available to answer a question, go over a feature in the car I didn't understand, or even come to my home the one time it was necessary to set up a feature I had trouble with. Brad answers his phone if he is available. If not, he returns a call or email in a timely manner. All this says simply that Brad cares that his customer makes the right decision for him or her. He knows his product well & is proud of it. Rather than a salesman, Brad has become a friend who guides me when I am shopping for a car. More
