Model for all MB dealerships Exceptional dealership?????? Two and one half years ago a friend in Houston called Park Place in Dallas on my behalf to purchase a new Mercedes. Wit Exceptional dealership?????? Two and one half years ago a friend in Houston called Park Place in Dallas on my behalf to purchase a new Mercedes. Within an hour the sales manager, Michael Brignac,called me regarding trading my MB for a new model. I described the specific details for my new purchase, specifics of my trade and my price range. Within a short period of time my new car was delivered to my home and my car was taken back to Dallas. Each time I have a question regarding a specific detail on the car , he or someone with his staff has been able to answer my question. They are honest ,knowledgeable and have the best customer service I have ever experienced in the 45 years since I have owned Mercedes.
