My experience at your dealership I called David Ward a month or so ago and told him that I had multiple sclerosis which made it difficult to go to dealerships and walk around looking I called David Ward a month or so ago and told him that I had multiple sclerosis which made it difficult to go to dealerships and walk around looking at cars. I told him what I wanted which was fairly specific. I made this same deal with two other salesman at other dealerships. David listened and he must have taken notes. He was the only salesman that called me back. When he did call he said I have your car. Sure enough I bought it on the spot. It was actually better than I expected, the car was in almost perfect shape. The only thing that was wrong was a small rubbed spot on the seat where you get in and out. David called me and said, "bring it in at 2:00pm and I have a guy that can fix the seat while you wait. Showed up at 2:00pm and when he was through it was perfect. David is a great man, that keeps his word. I hope to buy many more cars from your dealership. I don't know the names of the many others that I met at you dealership, but I will say everyone, from the people that answer the phone to the service people at the dealership have been very professional.
