Better and better My wife and I have been Park Place customers since 2004. When it was time to "retire" our second car from Park Place, my wonderful 2006 C280, we were My wife and I have been Park Place customers since 2004. When it was time to "retire" our second car from Park Place, my wonderful 2006 C280, we weren't about to change dealers. Thanks to Kody Followill, the experience was even better than expected. Since I don't buy cars every 2 or 3 years, the way I used to, I had forgotten how complicated a transaction arranging all the paperwork is. Kody made it uncomplicated. He was also very helpful in bringing me up to date with all the new digital and safety features that were a part of the gleaming 2018 GLC 300 we selected. I would recommend him and Park Place in an instant. I'm pretty sure we'll be Park Place customers for at least another 14 years! More

Purchased a used infiniti QX60. Was in the market for a luxury SUV, saw an ad online on a low mileage Infiniti QX60. The price was a little higher that other QX60's of the same year Was in the market for a luxury SUV, saw an ad online on a low mileage Infiniti QX60. The price was a little higher that other QX60's of the same year and comparable mileage. Being that it was Park Place Mercedes where this vehicle was being sold, i had high expectations and was anxious to see it. we bought the vehicle, and almost immediately i had to replace the wiper blades, ($50.00). The i noticed the tires. I traded a vehicle that had a almost new set of tires, but this vehicles tire were fairly worn, and has mismatched tire brands on it. I should have looked before, but again, being Park Place, i guess i was getting a premium used vehicle. Now to be fair, the sales staff is very pleasant, professional, and hospitable. I was disappointed in the dealerships handling of such a nice vehicle. I will now have to purchase a new set of tires and have not even made my first payment in the vehicle, thus my disappointment. I feel as though i should have checked more carefully or looked at another dealership before purchasing a vehicle. lesson learned. More
