Car emergency - took me 20 + calls to get a response Mr. Morris, I am a customer from Park Place Mercedez Benz. I always choose a Mercedez Benz SUV over other cars because of the promised safety and upstanding customer service. Today I took my GLE 2017 to a simple oil change (10,000 miles on it) and when I was on my way back home, my car had a total failure and engine shut off. I was on the side road of I-80 totally afraid because the traffic was speeding next to me. I tried multiple times to call the service department so I can get help and they just sent me to their road assistance, without letting me explain the situation. Once I talked to road assistance service, they said they will take 60-90 minutes to sent a truck (??!?). I called the police and they arrive within 10 minutes and parked behind me to alert traffic. They called another towing company that arrived within 20 minutes. In the meantime, I was calling about 20 times to the service department, salesperson, service person and manager, leaving messages so I can have someone from the dealer to pick me up and nobody did. Finally, the truck driver (towing company) offered me to drive me there. I got a call from a driver coming to pick me up but he said it will take him another 20 min to get there, so I ended up going back on a towing company truck. I am very disappointed about how the whole thing was handled. I am afraid my engine was damaged because apparently someone forgot to replace the oil cap and the car lost all the oil. It was leaking badly. My car has a damaged engine for sure. My car is in service now, and I will see what response I have. I will take it to another shop to verify the accuracy of the diagnosis since the engine is clearly damaged and this will cause my car value to be affected. I am still waiting for an explanation of why this is such a bad service. Again, I selected Mercedes Benz over others because of the customer service. I didn't get better service than a Kia or Honda vehicle. Please do not let this happen to another customer. An emergency is an emergency, and it should be handled as such. Dr Flores More

Top Knotch Customer Service I was ready to purchase a new car and wasn’t sure what car I wanted. I had a Ford so I started at Ford and after 2 visits decided not to go back. Then I went to BMW and decided immediately not to return. Both do to lack of interest in my business. I also had appointments at both dealerships when I went in. Disappointed I decided since I was out looking I would stop in the Mercedes dealership. No appointment just looking and then Angelos greeted me kindly and showed a sincere interest in helping me find a new car. I wanted to get out of my large SUV and into a smaller sportier car since I’m an empty nester. He took time listening to my needs and was diligent in making the transaction happen. I’m very happy with my purchase and the experience. Customer for life!!!! More
