I honestly wasn’t thinking that I was going to purchase anything but Tyson gave me such a good deal and offer I couldn’t refuse, and now I can say I am a Mercedes Benz owner! This is the best car buying experience I have ever had. They are such professionals here. Tyson explained everything he was doing clearly in a way that I understood everything and made me feel super comfortable and confident that I was getting the best deal he could offer. Go and see him! Compaint againt Service Dept and Advisors You go in for an oil change and Service A on your mercedes and get a quote back for numerous items that they say you need replaced with an estimate ov You go in for an oil change and Service A on your mercedes and get a quote back for numerous items that they say you need replaced with an estimate over $2,300. I complained which got a manager (Sina)to contact me stating if I bring it back in they'll get another set of eyes on it to make sure that's what I need and I can watch as they do this. I decided to get a loaner car to get back to my office which turned out to be a mistake. Something that should have taken 1.5hrs tops took from 9:30am Monday morning (7/01) until 11:00am Wednesday (7/3). Then at that time looking under the hood to verify photos they took to show me what I needed to replace I notice a hose they left off of my car. I had to drive back to the dealership that same day, got another loaner which I had until Monday 7/08. Horrible customer service. The advisor (Madison) told me she would call me back several times but didn't. Repeatedly lied about oh I'll get you taken care of don't worry to "no that part wasn't on your car to begin with but we fixed it for no charge". That's hard to believe that part would have been missed since they listed numerous items that they thought I needed to replace or have repaired. I know they would have listed that on the quote as well. And with all email correspondence I cc'd Sina in the email with Madison and he never replied or stepped in to offer his assistance other than me bringing my car in for another set of eyes to look at it. I won't be back and I advise others to do the same. More

This was the fourth dealership that we had been to and after growing tired of salesman David was a welcome relief.
