I didn't consider this to be my problem as they should've found a car and honored the time slot. No phone call or heads up, nothing. I guess they assumed I would believe them when they said it would only be 30 minutes. Why should I believe you. What in the world is the point of taking the time to make an appointment? Hey Park Place please go across the street and take note from the Sewell customer service handbook. They know their stuff. This was not the first incident just the most ridiculous and absurd. More

Negative experience Initiated purchase of used vehicle online; poor communication and no feedback on the process. Lack of communication resulted in vehicle being sold to Initiated purchase of used vehicle online; poor communication and no feedback on the process. Lack of communication resulted in vehicle being sold to a "cash buyer" while awaiting financing information. Obviously at this dealership, a client with that all important factor-cash-moves ahead in front of one awaiting financing. Vehicle should have been held pending financing; If other steps were needed Mr. Massey should have advised. This was a terrible experience and waste of time; would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
