My wife and I found a used vehicle on the dealers web site and made a phone inquiry about it (31,000) miles on 2003 Pilot. Bobby didn't know about the vehicle as it just hit the web site. When we got to the dealership, Bobby greeted us and showed us the car, drove it with us and sat down and worked out a deal. The car had not been serviced or cleaned so Park Place kept it for a day and when we picked it up, it looked like it was brand new, thanks to Jed and his team. Even though we bought the "Least expensive house in the most expensive neighborhood", we were treated like we were buying the most expensive car they had.
