Ten years ago we purchased two cars at Park Place Lexus (Plano) and were pleased with both the experience and the cars. This time around, I was interested in having a smaller SUV and the Mercedes GLK 350 (Plano) and were pleased with both the experience and the cars. We couldn't have been happier. His knowledge of the cars was exceptional and he answered all of our questions. We mentioned that we wanted to also try the new Lexus and he encouraged us to do so. What makes the Park Place experience different from most is that there is no hard sales tactics. The car sales itself and the sales staff knows that patience pays off. When we picked up the car, Robert took lots of time to answer our questions and he has even offered to come over to our house to help with the garage door opener as it is, he notes, a bit tricky.
