I am an attorney living in New Mexico and working in El Paso (formerly of Dallas). Earlier this summer I began looking for a new car to lease or to buy. I test drove Audis, BMWs, 370Z, Cadillac V, and Corv Paso (formerly of Dallas). Earlier this summer I began looking for a new car to lease or to buy. I test drove Audis, BMWs, 370Z, Cadillac V, and Corvette ZR1. Then I went to the Mercedes dealership in El Paso. I started with the GLK, then the C class, and then I discovered that the SLK was redesigned for 2012. Since the 2012 model was not yet available to see or to drive, I needed some direct answers regarding pre-sales. I went through the financing process in El Paso, was immediately approved, but I never got straight answers the very basic of questions. I then called Park Place and was fortunate enough to talk to Chris Rupert. Within minutes he told me that the car that I wanted (a 2012 Mercedes white SLK with red interior) was in production in Germany and would be arriving in mid to late July in Dallas. I told him what I wanted my monthly payments to be and he was able to get do that as well. The car arrived in Dallas on July 25, 2011 and at my home on time on July 30, 2011. The entire transaction went off without a hitch. Chris was VERY VERY attentive, accomodating and professional in all respects. He delivered what he promised and when he promised it. Chris deserves a standing ovation from you and your employees. He even deserves a raise! I have always known Park Place to be very professional and Chris exemplifies what your dealership stands for and you and he should be applauded for that. I will encourage my fellow attorneys and doctors with whom I deal on a daily basis to buy their next car from Chris Rupert. More
