When we went into the dealership on Saturday, we didn't know for sure that we'd be buying a new car. We went in simply to test drive and gather more info. Robert and I had a scheduled appointment. When we arrived, Robert gave us all the info on the car we were looking at then took us for a test drive. We then spent some time looking at building a new vehicle direct from the factory versus purchasing from the existing inventory. At no point did Robert pressure us to make a decision that day nor did he aggressively try to sell us on the car. He gave us all the benefits of owning the vehicle without making it a pressure situation. We ultimately decided to buy the car and then Robert lined up all the other details including financing and worked to get me the best deal possible on my trade in. He got it where the numbers made sense and then got the paperwork ready for us to sign. It was a great experience! I never thought i would be able to purchase a Mercedes but Robert made it possible and i am thrilled with my vehicle! I will definitely refer friends over to Robert because he did a wonderful job.
