We came to the dealership with a unique problem. Nedd Ross was determined to help us solve it and worked hard for us and the dealersghip. At delivery time for the new car, Hillary set up our iphones and showed us the electronics-Nav system etc-and she was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Nedd had set up our main radio stations which we appreciate because we have not lived here in Dallas long. Zack worked with us on the leasing details-very smart young man and extremely personable. Then Nedd took us to Tom Scott and he was so pleasant to work with. When we had leased our previous vehicle at an out-of-state dealer, the F&I guy sold us a lot of stuff that we did not need!!! Tom guided us to those things that would be advantageous to us but was not pushy. Every employee that we came in contact with at Park Place acted glad to have us there and interested in our welfare. They cared enough to help us get the best for us and the dealership. That is true customer service! More

We met sales person Andy Parker and he reinforced all we had heard. He then introduced us to Rodrick Infante who finished off the deal in financing by sharing all of the carious options ultimately recommending the dynamcis that best fit our needs. Soon after, off my wife went with a beautiful new car and a process that lived up to and exceeded expectations. We highly recommend both Andy and Rodrick and look forward to an equally positive relationship with their service department. More

Bernard met with me and shared information about various mercedes models and features, especially the E class. My original visit to Park Place was for the purpose of getting my 1999 C class with only 47,93 mercedes models and features, especially the E class. My original visit to Park Place was for the purpose of getting my 1999 C class with only 47,936 miles on it repaired. I discovered that investing more in the vehicle wasn't feasible due to the uncertainty of what else might be wrong with it. I shared with salesman that I was looking at two cars that were listed on the website. He informed me that one had already been sold. Bernard took me upstairs to see the other one and after seeing it, I became apprehensive. Bernard stated that there was one other that I might like in the E class. He discovered that it was on the property, so we went back up to look at that one. It had the same interior which I adored in the one that had been sold. Then after taking it on a short test drive, I liked the additional features that separated this car from the one I liked from the internet. I was given an overview of the interior gadgets (smile) and shown how to install my phone, etc. Bernard was courteous, responded to all of my questions and my preciseness of wanting a clear understanding of prices, trade in, etc. He gave me the privacy of sharing the information about repairs, and seeing the new car with my husband. My husband reminded me that my car was almost 12 years old and if I saw something I liked to go for it. Upon Bernard's return, I shared that I was ready to purchase. We began the process. It neared lunch time and the cafeteria was a few steps away, so he treated me to a sandwich, etc while I was completing my paper work. He sent the car to be finished for delivery. He shared a gift packet with me and replaced a similar Tag holder that I so loved that I had purchased for my trade in car. The paperwork was completed and Mr. Mullins walked me to the front where my car was waiting for me. More

I was both sad and happy to hear that Chuck Rollins had retired. He had sold me many cars since the 1990's. Bernard Mullins has filled in nicely. Park Place is wonderful! I had previously purchased a car from Paul Lam - I worked only with him this time around and he was wonderful.
