With Robert Stuckey, all my questions, concerns, and requests were handled expertly and with a smile. Never once did I ever feel like I was pressured to purchase a car. Once I purchased the car, the care did not end. Robert showed me how to operate all the tech in the car. As cars acquire more and more complex technology, a small tutorial is needed. Robert Stuckey spent over an hour showing me every little detail from how the navigation computer worked to how to operate the fog lamps. It was a divine experience to drive home already an expert on how to navigate within the cabin of the car. In fact, the first time it rained, I didn't even have to think about where the windshield wipers were, I already knew! We drove to Park Place Mercedes of Dallas from Lawton, OK and were rewarded in price and service. There is a Mercedes dealer in Oklahoma City that we dealt with earlier that week, however, their price for t and were rewarded in price and service. OKC Mercedes has forgotten and sorely underestimated how far customers will go to be treated like humans who have worked hard and want a good vehicle, Park Place Mercedes not only hasn't forgotten, but has taken pride in the their dealership-employees-and customers. My husband and I came to your dealership and walked the whole lot looking; then we went inside the dealership, and looked at your floor models. Three salesman walked passed us, did not acknowlege us at all whole lot looking; then we went inside the dealership, and looked at your floor models. Three salesman walked passed us, did not acknowlege us at all; we were inside looking around for 15 min. before we were acknowledged by Mike Kavanaugh. He was more than helpful, even though we told him we were just looking at his inventory. We even told him we were looking to purchase 6mo or longer down the road. Mike took time out of his busy schedule, took us to the top floor of the garage, showed us a variety of models and colors, allowed us to test drive the vehicle we were interested in. Took the time to demonstrate all the amenities by the way was a huge selling factor. We left, he called us the next day, asked us to bring in our trade in, and sent us home in our new vehicle, my husband and I was very pleased with the Top notch customer service provided by Mr. Mike Cavaugh, he is an awesome guy. The rating I gave for the quality of work was for the removal of the decal from the trunk of the car. We now have a scratch in the paint, because the decal was not removed properly. Instead of heating the glue to remove the decal, it was forced off with a sharp instument which left a scratch. So my husband and I are not happy about that service. Please fix it, i know that it is possible. More
