I contacted Roby about a new car when I was ready to trade in my 12 year old ML320. I had been trying to make a deal in Houston (where I live) but received limited response to my interest in a new 2012 trade in my 12 year old ML320. Roby was recommended to me and I gave him a call to see if he would be able to help me. Roby did a tremendous job and found a vehicle that met all of my requirements. The entire deal was conducted over the phone and my experience was so positive that I was very willing to make an overnight trip and drive the 300 miles to Dallas to pick up my new car and trade-in my old car. I received a very fair appraisal on my trade-in. Also, I received a car with many more options at a much better price than I was quoted at the dealership in Houston.
