Chris was great! He called us back promptly every time we called & left a message even if he wasn't in the office that day. I bought the ML350 Diesel sight unseen. Mike Kavanaugh was great. I was having my car serviced and Chris got me a hold of Mike and we took an AMG out for a quick test drive. He was professional and not pushy at all.
