My neighbor, who works in the Porsche division of Park Place, patiently listened to my decision process. When, after months of researching cars, I finally decided on the C250, he suggested that I talk with Nedd Ross in the Mercedes division. His recommendation was spot on; Nedd took the time to walk me through the options, following up with phone calls and emails when necessary. And when I went to get the car, he picked up the phone and called my insurance agent to get my new car on the policy. He spent the time I needed without ever making me feel like I was taking too much time. (And my neighbor stopped by Nedd's office during both the purchase and the pick up, just to make sure I was happy.) I feel completely comfortable that when I have a question, Nedd, and Park Place, will be there to help me. More

After doing some Internet research, I called Park Place Motorcars about a preowned Mercedes that I was interested in. I spoke with Bobby Vance who knew the car and answered a few questions I had. The following day I dropped by without calling and was met by Bobby's sales associate Cadarrel Booker. Together we closely inspected the car and took a test drive.All of my questions were answered in a Professional manner. The following day, I dropped in with my wife for her test drive and to look at other options. We were met by Cadarrel who worked with my wife to answer her questions, explain options and differences and take a couple test drives. Working with Cadarrel, we choose a CLK 500 and purchased it that same day. The entire process was a pleasure and nothing could have been improved on. The appearance of Park Place is always spotless and arranged to showcase the options very clearly. The Finance Manager, Chad Williams, worked so well with us. He offered every available service but was not "pushy". He made the closing process painless and even fun. The service I consistently receive from Park Place is second to none. I am always treated with respect and it's always a friendly environment. I continue to appreciate the experience because the attendants and service managers always seem to care about my time and the service that I receive. The icing on the cake is receiving my car back clean every single time. Also....I have never seen a service/repair shop where mechanics work so hard in such a clean environment.
