Terrible experience all around. I took my car in because there were some AC issues. After I received the invoice the repair cost was over $7000. I emailed the Asst service manager t I took my car in because there were some AC issues. After I received the invoice the repair cost was over $7000. I emailed the Asst service manager to let him know that it would make more sense to purchase a new vehicle rather than doing the repair and to just please perform an Evac and recharge, which is service offered by Mercedes, at my request until we find a suitable replacement. And I was rudely told the technician won’t do it and to “just come get my car,” After paying nearly $500 for a “diagnostic fee.” I offered to sign a release saying that I just wanted Freon put back in. They aren’t driving the car which made little sense to me. I didn’t appreciate the condescending tone I received from this employee and will absolutely be notifying this dealers leadership team of my poor experience with this individual. Out $500 and no actual work done to my car. I would never recommend this dealership to have your car worked on. 0/5 stars for customer service More

I ordered this brand new Mercedes last year. I live 3 hours away from the dealership. When the car came in, it had a defect-the head up display is very dim. I didn’t know about this until I was I live 3 hours away from the dealership. When the car came in, it had a defect-the head up display is very dim. I didn’t know about this until I was there to sign the paperwork. The salesperson promised me it’s an easy fix, and I can either get it fixed at my local Mercedes dealership or bring it back to them. Well, I took it to my local dealership, and they couldn’t fix it. So I contacted the salesperson and see if I can bring it back to him and have him fix it for me. He said no problem. I told him I would be there on the next Thursday, and I will drop it off early in the morning. Then right on the day before I was going to the dealership, the salesman told me it’s a two day job to get it fixed. I told him I only asked for one day off, can I leave the car over there and they let me borrow a loaner car so I’ll go back Saturday to pick it up. He said no. They cannot let me take the loaner out of town. Now you can understand my frustration: 1, they sold me a car that has a defect. 2, they promised they would get it fixed but are unwilling to accommodate me. 3, after I told them my local Mercedes dealership couldn’t fix it, they still want me to go back to them. This is not a cheap Kia or something, this is a almost $150,00 Mercedes. I would expect better experience buying the car, but the whole process has been nothing but frustration and disappointment. So no, I am not happy with this experience and I will not recommend it to others. More
