Mr.Shaffer is awesome. I am a young person with school so I didn't have much time to actually visit the dealership. By far the most unscrupulous dishonest deceptive dealership My wife drove 3 hours to look at a vehicle. She like it but the salesman and I could not agree upon her trade value. She left and drove three hours ba My wife drove 3 hours to look at a vehicle. She like it but the salesman and I could not agree upon her trade value. She left and drove three hours back home. The next day Fred called me and asked if we would come back if he agreed to the price I wanted on her trade. I agreed to and told him we would leave immediate for the three hour trip to purchase the vehicle. Fred called me when we were 45 minutes away to tell me that they were giving me less than we had agreed upon on the phone. He claimed he was offering me the tax credit for the trade in and adding that to the her trade value for her car. He acted as if he were doing is a favor by offering us this credit when actually it is what any dealership would do because it's a sales tax credit. This was a very underhanded way to steal money. I'm sure he assumed that I would take the $1200 because I had already driven two hours. We ended up purchasing a vehicle in the town where we live and gladly spent $10,000 more for a better vehicle and also got the nada value of the trade. More
