Great car buying experience From the moment we first made contact with Ken via the internet till we met him in person at the dealer to the completion of our purchase of a new Mer From the moment we first made contact with Ken via the internet till we met him in person at the dealer to the completion of our purchase of a new Mercedes everything was great. When we first looked on the internet for the car, Ken and even the dealer GM responded via email. On arriving at the dealer, we were warmly greeted by the very helpful receptionist. Ken came to greet us. We started talking about what we were looking for. Ken helped us decide on the right car for us. Our trade-in was evaluated. We took a test drive and loved the GLC300 While we were talking about the car, the GM came over to personally greet us and than us for coming in. We agreed on the deal. We had some paperwork to do on the trade-in as it was from our son in Arizona. They told us what we needed to do to get a TX title only so it could be traded in.
