I was hesitant at first to go into a dealership due to previous bad experiences with car salesmen (not at Mercedes-Benz). Dang! In a world where right is wrong and wrong is right it was a welcome change to be treated with truth and integrity. I showed up this morning wanting a car I’d seen online. The car was parked in the showroom due to a threat of hail the night before. Marco walk in and didn’t even grab a cup of coffee...starting moving cars to get the one out that I had come to see. I told him what I was willing to pay and in his kind honest way he said “he’d ask but the car would probably not go that low”. I like that he didn’t give me the run around and a bunch of meaningless words. We were able to meet in the middle and I’m super happy about it! I can’t wait to buy my next car from him.
