Very courtesy, quick to respond everyone friendly Edward Shaffer was my sales person in Arlington. I had been looking at the GLC's for months. I went to the Plano dealership one Saturday and spoke with their head internet sales person; I test drove a 2016 GLA but when I left I saw a diamond white GLC and asked him if I could see the inside and he of course showed it to me but told me he thought it was wrong to show me something that was more than I wanted to spend. The GLA he showed me was a white 2015 loaded with everything however, they were asking 42k so I told him I was not going to spend that much for a 2015 even if it was new. I went home and looked online and found a diamond white or maybe polar white GLC with chestnut interior. I sent him a picture and said "if you can find this car for me call me"! He never responded. 🤔 Then I get an email from Edward asking if I had purchased a car yet and when I told him what I wanted he immediately started finding cars but unfortunately I made a huge mistake in Mexico and had to get that purchase returned before I could look for my car. Edward was wonderful he sent me car after car in the price range I wanted but I was still trying to get everything worked out with the purchase made in Mexico. I then went to see Edward in person and test drove a diamond white GLC but at the time I thought I wanted the black interior. He special ordered what I asked for then a week later I called and asked if it was too later to cancel the special order and just get the car I test drove. He immediately got back to me even worked out the financing and had the car sitting there waiting for me that Saturday! Edward made a 50k sale because he was so nice and had excellent customer service skills. I live in Rockwall but work in Irving when I told him I was looking for a job closer to home he said don't worry we have a dealership on Lemmon Ave that will take care of your service needs if I had any. Edward's kindness and attentive customer service skills made him the choice for me to buy my new car from. Park Place Mercedes Dealership in Arlington and I definitely will be giving out his name and going back to him when it is time to purchase another new car! Edward is awesome! I would rate him and the friendly dealership a 10 hands down! More

We got stuck at the office and in traffic and he was still waiting to open the door for us when we got there an hour and a half later. Super courteous, funny, genuine, and straightforward. I loved how he displayed no gimmicks or sales tactics, he just wanted to have the process be as smooth as possible and make a good deal with us. Ricky skipped all the negotiating and bargaining and gave us the best possible deal for our money and was clear and to the point. Even though we couldn't end up finalizing on the purchase, I know who my go-to guy is for Mercedes in DFW. Cannot recommend him enough. I hope to do business with him soon. More
