Excellent Car Buying Experience I purchased my vehicle on a Wed just after some bad storms came through North Texas. I was contacted by Marco Lopez who was very polite and helpful. I arrived at the dealership and met with Marco. He made the car buying experience easy, delightful, and enjoyable. He answered all my questions, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted, was not pushy or rude, and helped me get a cheaper finance rate than what my bank offered. Ali & Brent A Great Tag Team! I had been searching for my next vehicle for about a month. I thought I came close at this dealerships Dallas location negotiating via email but that I had been searching for my next vehicle for about a month. I thought I came close at this dealerships Dallas location negotiating via email but that sales person would not budge for my business or offer a scenario that worked. We weren't off by much. I had some sown time almost a month later and stopped by the Arlington location. I first met Brent who gets a supporting sales men award. He really went out of his way to see if he can find us a deal with some hidden treasures from the company inventory not on the lot. We didn't find one but rather than sending us off he introduced us to Ali because I mentioned the vehicle I wanted that came short on the negotiation with the folks at the other location. Ali looked it up and there it was still sitting there exact car waiting for me as if it was meant to be. I was done playing games after over of a week of negotiating with the other rep via email I went straight to the point and picked up where we fell short with the proposal. I told Ali where I want to be in the numbers and if he can make it happen I will close the deal. Ali tried to propose some other vehicles that could get us there but they weren't "the one". He went back and fought for us and was able to get me where I wanted for the lease rate at signing and made a simple number shift on the monthly that could have been done by the original location but they weren't on their toes. They got what they needed as a total revenue agreed and I did as well on my expense side. Ali was great he already knew I did my research on the vehicle by hearing me speak and focused on winning me over on the Park Place Mercedes experience. We even go the warranties so no worry in mind just the gas. Everything else is covered bumper to bumper even CAR WASHES! Go see Ali he made something happen others couldn't and even got my car delivered from the other location in record time. Doesn't hurt that it's a fast car. Thank Ali and Thank You Brent for the introduction as well as guiding us through the process from used to new for the better deal to get what we wanted. More
