We were in on a Saturday afternoon and Monday was a holiday. The vehicle that we wanted was at the dealership on Tuesday, and Ken text a picture of the car to us. He was easy to work with, made our purchase easy to get through, and we left very happy and with the vehicle that we wanted. This is the second vehicle that we've purchased here since the dealership opened. We didn't go anywhere else. More

hot mess express! The car sell was easy breezy. I came in preapproved and knew the exact vehicle I wanted. I let my sales guy know that I would be in the following day The car sell was easy breezy. I came in preapproved and knew the exact vehicle I wanted. I let my sales guy know that I would be in the following day to pickup vehicle and sign paperwork. I had a few requests.. 1) please make sure second remote is programmed. 2) remove initials off side of both doors. came into dealership following day.. about 36 hours after my initial email requesting the spare key be fixed and initials removed off door.. of course, neither request was taken care of. After purchase.. I now have to return to get my vehicle requests fixed because they weren't taken care of as requested (I live 40 mins from this dealer)! lastly, coming from such a pretentious dealership you'd think you would get a card in the mail thanking for the purchase... NOPE!! I received an email.. very generalized and not personal whatsoever!! If you expect to gain customer retention you need to start treating customers of more importance. Even basic chevy dealerships mail their customers cards for their birthday and thanking them for their purchase! I will say this much... I loved that my sales guy wasn't pushy and it was pretty haggle free! More
