Severely Ovwrcharged Had my vehicle repaired here for the first time in May. There were issues with the ignition sensor (which sounds like a manufacturers defect) that inc Had my vehicle repaired here for the first time in May. There were issues with the ignition sensor (which sounds like a manufacturers defect) that included ordering a new key. When I picked up my vehicle, much to my surprise, I was charged for 3 days of rental for the loan car. And after following with my warranty company to understand why only a portion of the fees were covered, the warranty company confirmed that the estimated work hours was 2 hours. However, ParkPlace estimated more than 5. Not sure how their estimate was more than double the national average. This repair was severely overcharged including undisclosed rental charges. Will not use this location again. More

Bad attitude and I felt like they couldn’t wait to get me out of the door and hang up the phone with me. This was an overall experience througout all interactions I had with them. One particular event that bothermed me as when I explained the condition of my car and my advisory just kept repeating same thing to me which didn’t answer why my car was acting the way it was and he just kept saying that there was nothing wrong with my car. I gave up so I was ending the coversarion and he sounded like he couldn’t wait to get rid of me. I was the one who had manner enough to say thank you as a customer, but he didn’t and just hung up the phone on me. More
