We were able to do most of the negotiation via email and only went into the dealership to finalize and sign the contracts. He stayed past 8:00pm and never seemed frustrated or irritated with our indecisiveness. He laid out all our options and gave us unbiased advice. Sean showed us where the vehicles were and let us go through each one at our own pace. He was very attentive and answered all of our questions and made perfect suggestions to help us pick the perfect RX. Before went on our test drive, Sean gave us a complete explanation on all of the options that were installed. After the test drive,Sean gave us a complete tour of the facilities and explained how the service department works and all of the extra amenities that Park Place Lexus provides. It is very impressive what Park Place Lexus provides for their clients. As we were waiting for all of the paperwork to get done, Sean sat with us and explained more about the RX and answered more of our questions. As we were leaving, Sean escorted us to our RX and made sure we had all of our belongings and helped set up our phones to sync with the RX. My wife and I were beyond impressed with our buying experience at Park Place Lexus. Every staff member at Park Place was very nice and accommodating. In all, I spent about 1 hr at the dealership (test driving, signing, delivery) while the rest was done over phone or text. Erin was extremely attentive and willing to go above and beyond.
