He showed the car to a relative, was available and helpful to him, and we ended up making a great deal. Story does not end there though. I had another relative coming through the Dallas area that could bring the vehicle home, we had it all set but was surprised by an early departure. Mark took this in stride, coordinated with the lender, my Dad, and myself and somehow pulled the entire transaction and delivery in less than a day! Customer service does not get any better, and even though I have not personally seen the car yet, I believe the quality of the used 4Runner is top shelf. And best of all Jeremy Burden, our sales consultant, walked us through the entire process from start to finish without handing us off to anyone. Jeremy stayed late to finish up our paperwork so we could complete the purchase on a day convenient for us. And now that we have a lovely new RX 350L the service hasn't stopped. He made the buying experience quick and painless - he truly worked hard to get us into the vehicle we selected. There was never and pressure and I felt he was always working FOR US! This is the first, but definitely not the last car we will be purachasing from Park Place Plano! Ironically, my father, unbeknownst to me, had purchased a vehicle just hours before and left the dealership right before I got there!
