And best of all Jeremy Burden, our sales consultant, walked us through the entire process from start to finish without handing us off to anyone. Jeremy stayed late to finish up our paperwork so we could complete the purchase on a day convenient for us. And now that we have a lovely new RX 350L the service hasn't stopped.
